Baltimore Anime Denizens Night Gathering & Screening of Cowboy Bebop

The Baltimore Anime Denizens returns to Old Major for another anime gathering and screening! Old Major’s bar and kitchen open at 6 p.m. Be sure to get your golden ticket to the show with your purchase of food and drink from the venue.
This month’s screening will be the classic film Urusei Yatsura 2 from master director Mamoru Oshii last February but no time like the present. The plot mixes the characters of the popular TV series with Japanese folklore, time loops, and philosophy. It was such a departure from the source material that the creator, Rumiko Takahashi almost rejected the script.
No need to worry if you are not familiar with the series as we will show episode one of the 2022 TV series as an introduction.
